On the afternoon of September 17, 2018, all the teachers of Tsinghua High School Attached to Xi 'an gathered in the multi-function Hall of the West Campus to listen to the academic feast brought by Fang Chaoping, an expert of Tsinghua High School Attached to Xi 'an. Vice President Zhang Ying attended the meeting。The meeting was chaired by Wang Qiang, director of the Teaching Management and Research Center。

At the meeting, Director Wang Qiang expressed a warm welcome to Teacher Fang and introduced that Teacher Fang is a student-oriented teacher with rich teaching practice experience, management experience and research achievements. His academic report will play a guiding significance for the teaching work of all teachers in Xi 'an School Attached to Tsinghua University High School。

Subsequently, Teacher Fang made a wonderful report on the topic of "Student Position: The Source of the classroom Revolution"。He presented six representative cases to all teachers, through which he showed that the basic problem of teaching reform is to reduce the burden and improve the quality, change the learning mode, improve the internal force of learning, put students in the main position, make students learn from the desire to learn, stimulate the enthusiasm of students to participate in the classroom, and build the classroom that students love。

Finally, Vice President Zhang expressed her gratitude to Ms. Fang for her wonderful report. She believed that Ms. Fang was a real expert who told the truth and did real things. She hoped that Ms. Fang could come to our school often and give more in-depth guidance for the teaching reform and the development of teachers and students。
